How it works

You'll get an access code by email within 30 minutes of purchase. Complete your 28-question self-assessment and get your immediate self-only results. Then invite your raters — each one gets a unique link to their own assessment. Their individual responses are confidential.

When your raters complete, the full comparison unlocks — self vs. rater scores across all seven dimensions, gap analysis, and strategies rewritten for where perception and impact don't match.

Minimum 3 non-boss raters required. Boss responses are inherently identifiable — raters are informed of this.
