Radar Profile

Every organization runs on politics. Not the dirty kind — the real kind. Self-interest, ego, and competition are operating in every meeting, every decision, every relationship. The leaders who pretend these forces don't exist get outmaneuvered by the ones who understand them. The leaders who over-index on them burn through trust and relationships faster than they can rebuild them. Neither extreme works — but most leaders don't know where they actually sit.

The Radar Profile measures your political calibration across three dimensions — Self-Interest, Ego, and Competition — each scored 1 to 100. Not whether you're political, but how. Not whether you're competitive, but where. Not whether your ego shows up, but what it costs. Sixty questions across fifteen subcategories, scored by AI trained on patterns from thousands of coaching hours. The report doesn't just name your compound pattern — it identifies which dimension is amplified, which is suppressed, and what the recalibration looks like in your specific environment.

This isn't a personality test. It's a political calibration diagnostic. The leader who never advocates for themselves isn't humble — they're invisible. The leader who treats every interaction as a competition isn't driven — they're exhausting. The leader whose ego won't let them absorb feedback isn't confident — they're capped. The assessment names the pattern and gives you a specific plan to adjust it.

Who this is for

Leaders who navigate political environments every day — whether they call it politics or not. The leader who never pushes for credit and wonders why they're overlooked. The leader who can't let a peer win without feeling like they lost. The leader who holds every opinion with the same intensity whether they know the subject or not. The leader whose alliances are all transactional and whose trust network is paper-thin. If you've been told you need to be "more strategic" or "more politically aware" and never been shown what that actually means in practice — this is the starting point.
