Same five categories as the Pattern Profile — Activation, Sensitivity, Environment, Capacity, Visibility — but now scored from two directions. You answer 40 self-assessment questions. Your raters answer 40 observer-reframed versions of the same questions. The comparison reveals two things no self-assessment can: blind spots — what they see that you don't — and hidden costs — what you carry that they can't see.
The gap between those two views is where the most important data lives. A pattern you rate as a 20 that your raters see as a 12 means you're experiencing something invisible to everyone around you. A pattern you rate as an 8 that your raters see as a 16 means something is showing up that you haven't fully registered. Both are worth knowing. Both change what you do next.
How it works
You'll get an access code by email within 30 minutes of purchase. Enter it to start your self-assessment — 40 questions, five to seven minutes. Your self-only results and AI-generated analysis are available immediately.
From there, you'll invite your raters — up to 15 people across five categories: boss, peer, direct report, stakeholder, and other. Each rater gets a unique link to their own 40-question observer assessment, plus two optional written response questions. Their individual answers are confidential — you'll see category-level averages, never individual scores.
When your raters complete, the full comparison unlocks — self vs. rater scores side by side, blind spots flagged, hidden costs identified, gap-informed strategies, and a downloadable PDF with everything in it.
The best data comes from raters who will be candid — not just the people who'll tell you what you want to hear. A mix of advocates and critics gives you the most useful mirror.
