Here's what the debrief adds that the report alone can't: context. A report can tell you your center of gravity has shifted toward self-contained. A coach can walk you through the specific conversation you've been avoiding because the guilt tells you it's not worth the risk.

How it works
After purchase, you'll receive an access code by email. Complete the 40-question assessment at your own pace. Once your results are in, you'll receive a link to schedule your 45-minute coaching debrief. Before the session, I review your full results and prepare coaching notes. During the session, we walk through the findings together — what the data says, what it doesn't say, and what to do about it.
