Coached Center of Gravity
Same assessment. Different depth. The Coached Center of Gravity gives you everything in the $39 profile — the bidirectional scoring, the engine audit, the 30-day plan — plus a 45-minute coaching debrief where we go through the results together.
Here's what the debrief adds that the report alone can't: context. A report can tell you your center of gravity has shifted toward self-contained. A coach can ask what happened three years ago that made carrying everything alone feel safer than trusting anyone else. A report can name the guilt engine. A coach can walk you through the specific conversation you've been avoiding because the guilt tells you it's not worth the risk.
The report gives you the data. The debrief gives you the interpretation — what it means in your specific role, with your specific team, at this specific point in your career. You'll leave with coaching notes, a personalized recalibration strategy, and a clear picture of the one shift that will move the most.
How it works
After purchase, you'll receive an access code by email. Complete the 40-question assessment at your own pace. Once your results are in, you'll receive a link to schedule your 45-minute coaching debrief. Before the session, I review your full results and prepare coaching notes. During the session, we walk through the findings together — what the data says, what it doesn't say, and what to do about it.
What's included

Who this is for
Leaders who want more than data — they want interpretation. The assessment tells you where the weight has shifted. The coaching session tells you why it shifted there, what it's costing you in ways the report can't reach, and how to recalibrate without losing what the pattern was originally built to protect. This is for the leader who reads the report and thinks, "That's exactly right — now what do I actually do about it?"
