How it works

Same flow as the Influence 360 — access code by email within 30 minutes, self-assessment with immediate results, rater invitations, full comparison when raters complete.

Your report includes an extended analysis section with coaching preparation questions. You'll review those before your session so you arrive ready to work — not just ready to listen.

The coaching session is 45 minutes, one-on-one with Don. We'll use the comparison data to identify the two or three things that will make the most difference in how your influence lands.
